Regulation (EU) 2018/1805 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 November 2018 on the mutual recognition of freezing orders and confiscation orders (28 November 2018)

This regulation aims to facilitate the cross-border recovery of criminal assets and to lead to more efficient freezing and confiscation of funds from illicit origin in the EU.
